Admission to Elementary School

Requirements for Application

1. Scanned copy or photo of the recently issued Report Card (PDF only)

For Grade 7 – upload Grade 6 report card

For Grade 8 – upload Grade 7 report card

For Grade 9 – upload Grade 8 report card

For Grade 10 – upload Grade 9 report card

  • Must show all grades and the general weighted average
  • All pages must be saved in one PDF file
  • File size must not exceed 5MB

2. ID Picture

  • Full face photo down to shoulders
  • White or light-colored background
  • No other people or objects
  • File size must not exceed 5MB

3. Application fee – P500 (inclusive of service fees)

  • Pay via DragonPay
  • Select JHS – Application Fee (S.Y. 2024–2025)

4. Active Gmail account

  • Create one account if you don't have one
  • Use your real full name in the account
  • All school communication will be sent here

Guide for Online Registration

1. Visit the online registration link and select HSL Braille College Inc. in “Select School”.

2. Fill out the application form using your active Gmail account.

3. Upload your most recent report card as specified.

4. Pay the application fee (₱500).

5. Wait for your confirmation email within 1–2 working days.
